This a running account of life in Spain (and wherever I find myself in the future), that will hopefully be more fun for you than reading my bulk emails... it will allow for a bit more detail and a bit more interest You can also post comments if you like...or email me, I don“t mind!! It's a bit of an ancient blogging site so please bear with the formatting. Also, look down the right hand side for archived posts... have fun!

The Uluru of Catalunya

We love Montserrat!! On Saturday we took our Aussie visitors for a trip to Montserrat which is pretty much in the centre of Catalunya. Above right shows the river that carved the valley out way back when. It has a strong religious... following? There is a statue of Mary and Jesus in the church (behind me to the right) and people go there to touch it and wish for improved health and things. Plus there have been lots of spiritual sightings so there are statues all over the place. It is a pretty amazing place. Next time, though, rockclimbing!
