Oops, Vipassana open day

Getting a bit out of order here, it was all a while ago now!!
Here is the open day we had at the local vipassana meditation centre. It's an annual event that gives people an opportunity to visit the centre and learn a bit more about Vipassana before they decide to sit their first 10 day course...
We were lucky that a number of our friends came along and after a lot of preparation (Marc and I were there helping) it was lovely to unwind with them and for me, say goodbye. Here we have some photos with friends Pippa and Jonny, Dani, Albert (who gives the best hugs in Catalunya), Marta and Dani's son Thor (champion). Then there is one of me and Marc with another little one, Marcal, son of Paula and Jose (who are expecting again in October). A lovely weekend and so great to see so many people coming to find out about Vipassana.
